At All Truck & Trailer Parts UK Ltd we appreciate that buying online can never be quite the same as physically inspecting your chosen products before committing to a purchase. For this very reason we kindly offer a “No Quibble” returns and money back policy on all online orders as long as the below conditions are adhered to:-
* The goods must be in a re-saleable condition.
* The goods must not have been fitted.
* The goods must be in the original packaging and intact.
* You have not had the product for longer than 14 Days from Invoice before notifying us of your intended return, in line with Distance Selling legislation you then have a further14 days to return the item(s)
* If you have had the goods longer than 28 Days and they still meet all the other conditions listed above, we may still accept these as returns and the items will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
If you need to return an item(s) please adhere to the below:-
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning the goods clearly stating your intention to return and providing invoice number and address and include a brief reason for return. Please note that we do not refund the outwards carriage or the returns postage/shipping cost. The customer is liable for the return potage /shipping cost, we do not arrange collection for returned goods. The customer is also responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged on their return to us. We advise you to obtain a ‘proof of return’ from your Post Office or Carrier when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged on return to ATTP. Please make sure all relevant and matching paperwork are included securely with your return package.

Upon receipt of the goods and satisfactory inspection your refund will be issued without delay, only to the person(s) payment method/card used on purchase of the goods.
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty and/or damaged goods from us, please contact us as soon as possible by email on email@example.com.
We will provide you with the option of either a replacement product or a full refund. Either way, the faulty and/or damaged goods will first need to be returned to us in their original condition – please refer to the Returns Procedure above. Upon receipt at our address above, the faulty and/or damaged goods will be assessed and your claim will be processed within 48 hours.
We will cover the full cost of the return postage/carriage for all faulty and/or damaged goods returned and refund the outward carriage if the order placed was a single line order. ATTP promises to handle all returns in accordance with your statutory legal rights in the aspect of goods purchased under Distance Selling Regulations.

All Truck & Trailer Parts UK products come with at least 12 months manufacturer replacements warranty. We handle most warranty claims through the origin of manufacture for the specific product purchased, we endeavour to resolve all warranty claims within a maximum period of 15 days of returned item(s).
Warranty claims are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable. A warranty form may be required for further details to process a claim.
This warranty offer excludes product failures caused by the below:
*Improper application, installation or operation
In the unlikely event that you have need to claim a Warranty, in the first instance please contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org stating your warranty claim with as much detail regarding your issue with the product purchased and the purchase date information, please provide us with your personal contact details. One of our Customer Services team will contact you within 4 hours to arrange chargeable replacement product if required, and organise the return of your Warranty Product utilising our Warranty Returns Procedure, all claims will be issued a Warranty Claim Reference for full traceability.
At ATTP we promise to keep all our customers informed on pending Warranty Claims as they progress through our internal procedural policies.
Once a Warranty Claim is accepted by the manufacturer we will refund the initial purchase of product immediately, only to the person(s) payment method/card used on purchase of the goods.
For all declined Warranty Returns we will provide the manufacturers report detailing the reasons for rejection.
